Printed in the 1920s/1930s or so, may I offer this SINGLE paper label, printed in Japan, that was used as a paper hat decoration. Depicting an Indian Brave - Indian wearing feather head band. The label was perched at the front of the hat, this was the only piece I was able to save - mold, mildew and old age had damaged the hat to the point of not being able to salvage.
Condition is very nice - some rippling in the paper due to sections of the hat still attached to the reverse. Looks like a 5-color printing process. Marked Japan at the front.
The round label measures 2-5/16" high/wide.
Ready for a new paper project!
