Dating to the 1950s/1960s or so, may I offer this stunning silver and cultured pearl pin. More than likely made in Japan for the souvenir trade, this sterling silver pin is round in shape and in the form of a wreath. Representing the blooms are 25 round cultured pearls (Akoya) measuring in size from 3.8mm to 4mm - yes, a nice size of pearl. Torpedo-like clasp closure to the back. Condition is excellent! The pearls are more white than cream. Silver is shiny due to a rhodium overlay. Clasp works as it should.
Metal Content is Sterling Silver with a Hallmark of STERLING on the side of the pin Size is 1-1/2" high/wide. Weight is 7.2 grams
Just a gorgeous piece of pearl jewelry! - something OLD for the bride!
